The Certified Design & Installer Network — private help for Pro shops
The Certified Network is a private Mastiff Pro benefit for shops that need overflow design or installation capacity. It is not a public design store, and Mastiff does not market design packages directly to vehicle owners.
Who can use it
An active, paid Mastiff Pro shop can open the network from the dashboard. Mastiff Free, Solo, trialing Pro, canceled, legacy, and unknown accounts do not receive network access. The seven-day card-backed trial does not start new network relationships.
Design support
Pro shops can request help from Mastiff's design team or participating designers without handing the end customer to Mastiff. The shop remains the seller, controls the quote and customer communication, and receives the completed files back into its own workflow.
The retired public /designs storefront and its old fixed-price packages are not part of the current network. See Designs for the legacy fulfillment boundary.
Installer support
The network can help a Pro shop find installation capacity for overflow or out-of-area work. Retained profile, messaging, vetting, and escrow mechanics support the shop-to-installer relationship.
Lead ownership
The network is shop-facing. Public buyers use the Directory to contact shops directly; Mastiff does not insert its design team into that customer relationship or take the lead.
