What is forestry mulching?

Forestry mulching is land clearing done in a single pass by one machine: a mulching head — a drum or disc spinning carbide teeth — mounted on a compact track loader or dedicated carrier grinds standing brush and trees into mulch right where they stood. No burn piles, no hauling, no root-ripping dozer work — the vegetation becomes a ground-cover layer and the machine drives away.
