Works with no signal

Taps replay in order
Once anything is queued, everything queues behind it, so a fresh checkbox can't jump ahead of a held timer. What the crew sees is the server's last word plus every tap still waiting — the page never argues with the person holding it.
Time captured on the tract
Start and stop by activity — clearing, mobilization, cleanup, walkthrough — with a quick position fix when the timer starts. Never blocks the tap: no permission or no fix just means the entry is unpinned rather than unrecorded.

What happens when there's no cell signal?
It keeps working. The page caches itself and queues every tap on the phone, showing exactly how many are waiting. When signal returns, the queue replays in order and the crew gets told what synced. Half this trade happens out of range, so this isn't an edge case.
Is it safe to text a link like that around?
The link is tokened to one job and reaches nothing else — no customer list, no other jobs, no money. It's scoped to what the person holding it is there to do.
Can a subcontractor use it?
Yes. Anyone you send the link to can work the job on it, which makes it the practical way to run day hires and subs without provisioning accounts for people who may be on one tract with you.
