Acreage and a marked map of the work area, the density class the price assumes, the tree-size cap in inches, mobilization as its own line, what's excluded (stumps, roots, haul-off, big timber), the deposit and payment terms, and a timeline in machine-days. A single number scrawled after a windshield glance isn't a quote — it's the setup for a change-order argument.
